engine is the 165hp fuel injected continental with 1015smoh
and total time on airframe is 3900 hours
paint is a 8/10 and interior is very nice no rips or tears and is 8/10
the plane is in annual and ready to fly away. This is a super nice airplane and flies great i trust this plane to fly anywhere. I welcome any pre-buy so bring your mechanic. if it isnt what i said it is then i will return your deposit.

Great reasonably priced 172N model. Only 250 hours on engine since being overhauled by Signature in Cincinnati last October. Have logs since new. Has basic 6 pack with basic RT385 Nav/ Comms.
Since 2019 I have installed new wind screen, PS Engineering 8000B audio panel, new seat belts, seat rails, seat rollers, alternator, battery, carburetor and vacuum pump.
Disclosures: paint 7 of 10 at best. Seats 10 of 10, carpet 7 of 10. Plane has had some NTSB reports over the years. Easy to google N5158E.
