Selling a 2 owner 1988 Cobalt 222 boat in excellent condition. The interior in this boat is almost perfect. Original cobalt interior with absolutely no rips tears or cracks. Was always stored inside when not in use. Motor and out drive have very low hours but there is not an hour meter. Boat has a 5.7 V8 and a Volvo Penta dual prop out drive. Motor and out drive work excellent! This boat was always winterized, serviced and stored inside a temperature controlled building it’s entire life. It comes with a full cover, a snap cover, a Bimini cover, and a custom boat cabin cover for bad weather boating, If you have any questions feel free to ask. I’m sure that I’m forgetting a ton of stuff. This boat is in better condition than 90% of the boats out there. This boat was previously owned by the owner of Cret Carriers and was meticulously taken care of its whole life. Comes with a shorelander trailer in good condition. The tires on the trailer are old and are starting to show some cracks. They should be changed soon. On the right side of the trailer the plastic well is cracked but does not rub or affect towing. The hydraulic brake system on the trailer will need serviced.
The only flaws on this boat that I know of are normal wear, some dye from the cover bled through and discolored a couple spots on the leather. The trim cylinder has a slow leak so you have to strap the lower unit up when towing because it will slowly creep down. If you have questions ask because I’m sure I’m forgetting a ton of stuff. Selling because we just don’t use it anymore. Buyer responsible for pickup and shipping.

3-4 interior skins need to be replaced. This was a known issue with this year of boats, and its only recently become an issue.
Audio system is original. I have two JL amps to put in it.
