In the event that a boat is not available following payment, purchaser agrees that Boats Donated liability is limited to the purchase price. We will immediately refund the entire purchase price through Paypal to the purchaser.

Payment
• Payment is due within 24 hours of auction close or we will relist boat; and a $299 documentation handling fee will be added in addition to the winning bid amount. A bill of sale will not be provided but a fully paid invoice will be.
• You will receive a PayPal invoice from the email address affiliated with your eBay account (check your spam if you don't see it in your inbox)
• Click the yellow "pay" button in your email which will link you to Paypal; on the invoice, click the blue pay button.
• Boats Donated reserves the right to relist any item if purchaser fails to meet any of the deadlines including, but not limited to, security deposit payment within 24 hours of auction close, full payment within 24hrs of auction close and pickup within 7 days of auction close. Boats Donated is happy to work with purchasers but purchaser must contact Boats Donated.

Title Information
: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.

The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.

Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by cash in person or bank certified funds to Seller. We do not accept payments over $500 via payPal.
