Title Information
: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.

The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.

In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Non Refundable Deposit in the amount of $500 by PayPal, cash in person or bank certified funds. This very nice 1999 Monark Suncaster 180 with a 1998 Force by Mercury 40hp has been reconditioned with new Furniture and Captains' Station. The motor has been newly serviced with new spark plugs and new solenoid/primer and carb rebuild. Starts right up and moves very nicely on the lake. Very impressive for a 40hp. Very good gas usage also. You have a 6 gal. gas tank. It is 18 ft. long and 8 ft. wide, plenty of room for the family to enjoy. I have to found one as nice as this pontoon boat for the price. Of course the trailer is included. I also attached a jack at the bottom of the trailer steps and the spare is pictured under the boat on the trailer as well. You also get fishing pole holders that screw in all around the rail of the boat. Look closely at the pictures and you will see them installed. You are ready to go for the fun with this set up. Very very nice pontoon for the money. You also get the trolling motor. I have installed two batteries with a manual switch you can set. You can use battery 1 for boat and battery 2 for trolling. Turn on both when the motor is running in order to charge both batteries. See pictures. You are all set with this nice setup.

Also come with the Brute Competition MotorGuide Model 765 trolling motor and the MotorGuide Gator motor mount.
There are 6 fishing rod holders inside the deck for holding while you go out to fish and 6 rail mounted rod holders for after you have cast out.
I also just checked the Navigation and Anchor lights. They work good as new, very bright.

As you can see in some of the pictures, it had rained and things are wet. I had to take them just before putting the listing on so you would have a very current and accurate photo of the pontoon. I noticed in the pictures also that the tires are very dirty. I should have washed them. Sorry about that.
