This boat is a 2 owner boat - I purchased from the original owner on Lake Gaston and I even have his original purchase paperwork. He was an older gentleman who kept the boat on his covered lift since new. He told me he didn't use it much, and the condition showed it.
I purchased in 2015 and had it here at SML most of that time in a covered slip. I don't know the exact hours as there is no hour meter, but I understand the engine can report it if you have the right tools/software. Boat has ALWAYS been in fresh water and stored out of the water (lift or land).

The engine runs great and always has. Never had a problem with this boat.
The battery is about a year old and the docking lights were replaced with LED low profile units
All the lights work (docking, nav, anchor, courtesy). There's several accessory switches ready for you to add your gadgets. Car port to plug in a cell phone charger.
Newer Bluetooth radio, and new speakers (4) throughout the boat.
Dash instruments work great except for the tach - it has never worked since I've owned it. I never tried to fix it. Digital depth finder including shallow alarm.
Hydraulic steering and power trim all work great!
Includes an engine alarm for situations such as overheating.
Seating for 13 per placard. Includes the removable table, changing room with curtain, factory removable ski bar (not in pics)
Includes Bimini cover and full boat cover, both in great condition with no tears. Support poles included for boat cover.
