2006 Venture Boat Trailer, 19-23ft boats. Trailer has been sitting for 9 years and will need new tires soon. All tires hold air but show signs of weathering. Rollers appear to be in working condition

We have never put this boat in the water. We once took it out to the ramp and it rolled off the trailer partially and broke the skeg on outboard. Outboard lower unit replaced with new unit zero hours. Engine had 15 hours when we bought it. Have receipt for rebuild.
Engine will not start now and also has no battery or battery or is too weak to turn. Not sure and don't have the time to investigate, that is why it is free for the winning bid on the trailer. We are moving and it needs to go to the highest bidder.
Title in had for boat and trailer.
Trailer and boat are sold as is, where is.
Trailer and boat must be paid for and picked up within 72 hours.
