For sale is a gorgeous and rare 2008
COBALT 242 Powerboat in the 3 Color Custom gel option. It’s Classic Cobalt Navy
with a Citron-Yellow Boot-stripe.
This special boat is loaded with factory
options, has extremely low hours, and is in excellent condition top to bottom.
It also has several fantastic custom add-on options that separate it from
others.
Below you will find 80 pictures as well
as a few quick videos. The weather has been spectacular so we went boating and

This boat has 194 hours and it shows through-out as it is in
excellent condition. The interior shows like new, and the the gel coat has Zero
oxidation. We are the second owners of the amazing boat. It is stored in a
heated garage during the winter months and has always had its annual service performed.
It is 100% water ready, needing nothing. This boat has over $40K of
options and is sitting on a custom 2020 trailer. It must be seen to be fully appreciated
for all is has to offer. Our boat is currently in a heated garage and can be see anytime- rain, sunshine or snow.
This Cobalt performs masterfully. It navigates choppy waters like Lake
Michigan with ease, tracks precisely at any speed, and has the power and torque
to pull skiers and tubers effortlessly.
This boat is a true cross between luxury, performance, and water-sports with
seating capacity for 13. It was optioned with an upgraded
MerCruiser 350 MAG 5.7L V-8 motor and a Bravo 3 out-drive with dual stainless propellers. ($2,179 option)
With the Bravo3 upgrade there is virtually
zero bow rise. This boat planes within a couple seconds.
Overall
it is 26' long with the extended swim platform. Sitting on the trailer it

with options. It has a pump out, vacu-flush porcelain toilet with macerator.

LED lighting, fan,
toilet paper holder and an LED tank level indicator are all in the compartment.
The boat was optioned with a huge
Factory Cobalt Stainless steel Bimini Top
with sunbrella canvas. ($1,575 option).
It provides a very large
shade-top that is quick and easy to open and close. The boat also has the
bow and cockpit snap cover option.
This Cobalt has a few fantastic
custom add-ons that really set it apart from other boats.
It has custom made Faux Teak decking
on the rear platform of the boat and the walk-through. It is stain resistant
and soft as cotton. It is an anti-slip surface and grips bare feet/shoes when
wet. This is the same decking you can option on larger brand new Cobalt’s and
high end vessels. This was a $1850 add-on.
Also added were 4 Blue Ocean LED
underwater lights below the rear extended swim platform
. This makes for an amazing glowing pool for night swimming
and a beautiful glowing afterburner effect when cruising. ($2500 add-on)
The entire cabin was upgraded to RGB controllable stainless steel cup-holders,
RGB trim rings and all RGB controllable interior lighting. ($1200 add-on).
Choose any solid color, or fade between colors with a helm mounted
controller. This all makes for a fun and awesome day or evening

The swim platform lighting was also upgraded to RGB controllable lights.
The boat has a completely upgraded stereo system, 6 RGB controllable LED Marine
Certificated speakers with RGB trim rings for an awesome day or evening effect,
an MB Quart amplifier, a JL sub-woofer, a Starboard Stereo remote that lets the
driver control the stereo, as well as a Transom Stereo remote in the rear of
the boat.
Touches of class and quality are everywhere. Stainless Steel Flag pole with
holder, All stainless steel hardware, hand stitched interior, Italian leather wrapped
sport steering wheel and a courtesy remote fob that lets you independently turn
on the interior and underwater lighting from a distance.
The freshwater transom shower option is fantastic for rinsing sandy feet, water
toys, jackets, etc.
