When the owner of this ’89 Outrage 25 reached out to YCM the other day, we realized this one’s too nice to ignore.
1989 Boston Whaler Outrage Cuddy 25 - with Whaler Drive!
She’s powered by the original twin Mercury Black Max 150 two strokes with 530 hours since new.
This is a two owner boat, she’s senior owned, never bottom painted, never left in the water, and barn kept. She really is a barn find.
She has a lot of high-end factory options, including the Super Leaning Post /Workstation with integrated live well and freshwater sink, bow pulpit, Super Console, and Whaler Drive.
There's also a factory bench seat that goes across the transom.
What’s a Whaler Drive? - That’s the big transom bracket that sets the motors about 2 1/2 feet back, clearing internal deck space, closing off the transom, quieting the motors and increasing ride quality. It was an expensive option, and just like the boat, completely foam filled.
Bigger boat feel, bigger boat ride - but not wider, so still trailerable.
The Outrage Cuddy 25 is the same great center console boat as the Outrage 25, but with a small cuddy cabin in the bow, making her a great overnighter and a great center console.
She's sitting on a very nice, huge aluminum I-beam
trailer with torsion axles.
