Revised 9/11 with link to the following video: https://youtube.com/shorts/NaTh8lA577I?feature=share
- In case of any undue concern over the condition of the Buckeye Dream Machine PPC, especially regarding its Rotax 582, I have provided the video link listed above. I used a homemade auxiliary fuel tank (which I use in my motorcycle restoration projects) to connect directly to the Rotax's fuel pump to start the engine. I then shut down the engine using the selector switch on the TASKEM EFIS. All of the original fuel/oil/vent lines and fuel tank petcock had been removed (or deteriorated on their on accord) and replaced with new several months ago - the locations/routing needs to be verified and fuel system primed. It is being sold in its current condition at the price listed.
Revised 9/3 with photos of the parachute partially unfurled in my house.

BRS-6 1350HS aircraft parachute for use on a Light Sport or Experimental Aircraft. Removed from a 2006 Flight Design CTSW which was damaged in off airport landing due to a loss of engine oil pressure.
The BRS parachute was not deployed or damaged in the off airport landing.
The BRS-6 1350 HS parachute is used on numerous light sport and experimental aircraft. The parachute was repacked in 2018 and will need to be repacked again December 2024. The rocket on the parachute was replaced December 2018 and will need to be replaced again December 2030.
BRS parachutes are an added safety feature on numerous aircraft. The BRS-6 operators manual states the following: "Used BRS units hold their value well and can be economical purchases for pilots seeking the safety of a ballistic parachute system."
The starting bid for this parachute/rocket combination is 2,000 dollars less than the cost of a parachute repack and rocket replacement for existing BRS-6 1350HS systems.
This item must be picked up locally if the buyer wants to keep the attached rocket.
We cannot ship this unit with the rocket attached.
If you have zero feedback or negative feedback you must contact me first or I will cancel your bid.
