For sale is a custom boat that is designed as both a tri-toon houseboat as well as a trailerable camper. It has only been used in fresh water in Michigan where I live and has been kept out of the water on a boat lift during boating season and then kept in heated storage over the winters. It includes all of the amenities you would need to live on the boat as shown in the photos. The boat has been in storage for 2+ years. The Minn Kota Trolling Motor and Anchor Windlass listed below, along with new batteries, were installed while the boat was in storage.
The Pontoon Cruiser began its life as a high end 2014 Classic Crest Tri-Toon Boat with a premium vinyl furniture package, lifting strakes, and full aluminum under-skin.
The boat was then fully customized by a high end fabricator using CAD drawings I had completed for exacting specifications. It took just over a year to complete the boat, and I began using it in 2015.
The complete package includes a Mercury 150 HP motor with only 208 hours along with a Genesis trailer that was customized for easy entry into the boat. This makes the boat perfect for dry land camping in addition to all of the usual water activities, and it’s a cinch to trailer at only 26 feet.
While this package could be described as a trailerable houseboat and camper, you’ll be amazed at how it performs on the water.
It will comfortably reach speeds over 35 mph and comes with a stainless steel tow bar for your favorite water sports.
The innovative sliding windows, popup rear window, and split door openings give you total control of the environment no matter what the weather conditions.
This is a boat that will allow you to significantly extend your boating season.
Stay dry when it’s wet outside and cool when it’s hot outside.
I used the boat with a Honda EcoBoost EU 2000i generator that ran a 14,000+ BTU Portable Air Conditioner with Heat and Dehumidifier. (NOTE: The Honda Generator and portable air conditioner/heater/dehumidifier are not included in this sale.) My family and I have had some great times on this boat.
Again, the boat was customized to provide many unique features not typically offered to pontoon boaters.
